緩衝材としてEPS20倍のコーナーパッド試験片の上に,輸送対象となる製品を模擬した弾性体金属ブロックを配置して,高さ30cmから自由落下した場合の,落下衝撃エネルギーの吸収試験をシミュレーションした例を示します。

The corner block specimens are cushioning material and made of expanded polystyrene. They were modeled using a foam material model. A metal block corresponding to the product to be transported is placed on top of them. The following is an example of a simulated drop impact energy absorption test when the cushioning material and the metal block are dropped freely from a height of 30 cm.
