例題No.556の孔あき台形ゴムの圧縮試験解析について孔径が30mmのケースの結果を示します。孔径が大きいため座屈が明瞭な大変形挙動を示しました。CAEにおけるゴム材料データの良し悪しは,シミュレーションの結果がゴム部品がゴムらしい変形挙動を示しているかどうか?を確かめれば判断ができると思います。

No.557 Compression test analysis of trapezoidal rubber with a hole(The Hole Diameter 30mm)

Here is the variation of Example No.556, different size of hole diameter, 30mm. The results of compression test analysis of trapezoidal rubber with a hole are shown as well. The large diameter hole caused buckling and large deformation behavior. The quality of rubber material data in CAE can be judged by checking whether the simulation results match real-world rubber deformation behavior.
